In plating metal parts, a one-size barrel design does not fit all. We know that small components require specialized barrels. This is why we provide fully customizable metal plating barrels including barrel size, door size, and perforation pattern.  In addition to a through-hole option, we offer a herringbone drill pattern on our single-body ProKnob Polypropylene barrel. The herringbone perforation is a drill pattern at a 45-degree angle on each side of the barrel body. The drill patterns precisely align in the middle of the panel to create a through-hole that maximizes fluid flow, decreases drain time, and reduces drag-out, all while preventing the capture (and escape) of delicate parts.
